You must include the transaction number in order for us to issue a refund. The post mark on out going shipment is the first day of the thirty day guarantee. Please note: We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return. If you do not receive refund please supply tracking number via email along with account information. Shipping costs are non-recoverable. 30 Day Guarantee is not cover for purchases of one bottle nor free samples promotions.

If you decide that the MacaEnhancer is not for you, you may return this product to us within 30 days of the date of receipt of this product to receive a partial refund on this product. The return consists of a 75% refund less shipping and handling. When shipping your return to us, please provide your name, address, phone number, item number and description, reason for return, and a copy of the purchase receipt.

What about FREE Shipping?

When we offer free shipping it is for those customers that decide to keep their item(s). Returning item(s) voids the free shipping offer. If for any reason you wish to return any item during the trial period you will be responsible for the shipping to get the product to you as well as the cost to return it. This charge will be deducted from any return even if your order says “FREE SHIPPING”. We will not accept responsibility for sending a call tag or picking up any returns.

Order Packaging
Orders are discreetly shipped with UPS or the U.S. Postal Service in plain packages. There is nothing written on the package about its contents.


Shipping
All orders are processed within 3-10 business days. Please allow sufficient delivery time with UPS or the Postal Service to receive your order. Occasionally there can be delays in receiving your order due to delivery delays. We have been shipping orders for over 5 years and guarantee we will give you the best service. Orders delivered to post office boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service priority mail. UPS will not deliver to a post office box.

Return Policy

Closed box
If the product box has not been opened, you can get a refund of the price you paid less actual outbound and return shipping charges. If the product you bought is shipped "free" because of a promotion, you will still have to cover the outbound and return shipping charges.


Open box
Due to the hygiene issues on our bedding products, we cannot offer refunds from opened boxes. Original packaging is required. If Original packaging is not available, refunds will not be possible.


Shipping Issues
Wrong product shipped
If you have received the wrong product, you will not be responsible for shipping costs of the return. In the case that you have changed your order and we could not meet your request in time, you will have to pay applicable return and/or re-shipment costs.

You've refused our shipment by mistake
You will be responsible for redelivery charges and/or for additional shipping fees incurred prior to redelivery.

Delivery not possible
Customer mistake
You will have to pay re-delivery shipping costs when the initial shipment fails because you entered incorrect delivery information.

Address was changed after the Order was shipped
You will have to pay re-delivery shipping costs when the initial shipment fails because you changed your address after shipping an order.

Order mistake
We will be responsible and will provide free re-delivery.

REFUNDS
Due to the nature of your products, we do not offer refunds in any product except The MacaEnhancer Bottle. We neither provide refunds on pillow covers due to hygiene purposes.
In special cases we can offer you a refund. These are the only cases in which you can require a refund:

Pre-shipment cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled pre-shipment if the cancellation request is made within two hours from the time is placed. Orders are dispatched to our distribution centers every two and a half hours. Once dispatched, the order may not be cancelled. If this occurs, the order will be shipped as normal and an RMA must be requested by calling our Customer Service Line: 1.800.891.0718 in order to return the package to our warehouses. Please see "Post-shipment Cancellation" for refund details.

Post-shipment cancellation
If you cancel an order once it has already shipped, upon receipt of the returned or rejected package, we will issue a 75% refund of the product cost less shipping and handling.

Damaged in transit
